Crossmatrix Technologies offer a complete range of Maintenance Support Agreements to protect and cover your network in the event of breakdown or failure. Our contracts are designed to be flexible and provide as much protection as you require from single items of equipment such as servers to complete and comprehensive network cover.

All our contracts can be tailored to meet a two, four or eight hour engineer response time and include telephone support.

Service Level Agreement (SLA) :
We work to defined Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) covering response times, performance and fault resolution. This agreement describes what you might expect from Crossmatrix and what the involved costs are.

Maintenance:
Besides the standard maintenance service Crossmatrix can take care of the tactical and operational maintenance. Management can be done remotely as well as on-site.
